Effective immediately, Jack W. Hunt & Associates, Inc., has adopted the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) “Interim Public Health Recommendations for Fully Vaccinated People,” issued May 13th for our office and deposition conference rooms. Fully vaccinated individuals do not need to wear masks or be socially distanced, but unvaccinated individuals must continue to wear masks and be socially distanced. As supported by CDC guidance, we will be relying upon self-reporting of vaccination status (e.g. honor system).
We have returned our conference rooms to their normal seating arrangement. However, we are sensitive to personal safety concerns and upon request we will set up three-sided Plexiglass screens to ensure your comfort and safety. Also, we continue to offer remote and hybrid depositions as well.
Keep in mind, our conference rooms have been filling up fast. One recommendation is to use our Conference Room Availability Calendar, which can help you pinpoint the perfect date for your deposition while ensuring an available conference room.
